Job Summary
We are looking for a seasoned Pre-Sales Consultant with in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, including Finance & Operations, Commerce, and Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have strong solutioning, consulting, presentation, and client-facing skills, with the ability to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Dynamics 365 solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Engage with prospects to understand their business needs and map them to Microsoft Dynamics 365 capabilities.
• Lead product demonstrations and presentations for prospective clients.
• Prepare proposals, solution approaches, and supporting documentation to help secure new business and strategic accounts.
• Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to design appropriate solution architectures.
• Create compelling presentations, demonstrations, and value propositions for clients.
• Represent Magnifia IT Solutions in industry webinars, events, and partner sessions.
• Work closely with functional and technical consultants to validate proposed solutions.
• Participate in discovery sessions and help identify suitable Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions based on client requirements.
• Support the sales team throughout the opportunity lifecycle, from initial discovery through proposal and client presentations.
• Communicate technical and business concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications
• 10+ years of experience in ERP/CRM or related technology consulting with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Proven track record in client-facing pre-sales roles.
• Strong understanding of finance, supply chain, and operations business processes.
• Experience in preparing proposals and solution approaches for enterprise clients.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 capabilities and business applications.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into practical technology solutions.
• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform are preferred.
Preferred Skills
• Experience working with enterprise customers and strategic accounts.
• Experience conducting Dynamics 365 product demonstrations.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform and related Microsoft technologies.
• Experience collaborating with sales, functional, and technical delivery teams.
• Strong understanding of ERP transformation and digital business processes.
